摘 要:[目的]对几种烟用香精香料热裂解产物、挥发性成分进行分析比较。[方法]组合应用热裂解-冷进样-气质联用(Py-CIS-GC/MS)技术,研究12个烟用香精香料样品的有氧裂解产物,天然提取物对照其挥发性成分及含量进行分析比较。[结果]具有较强挥发性的天然提取物山苍子油、树兰净油和鸢尾浸膏的裂解产物和挥发性共有成分分别占裂解产物的含量在80%、65%、90%以上,表明主要挥发性成分原形转移进入各自的热裂解产物中;单体化合物中,易挥发的2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪和β-紫罗(兰)酮裂解产物中原形转移所占的比例分别为89%、97%,油酸在裂解产物中的含量也占到57%;天然提取物酸角提取物、山楂酊、树苔浸膏、蜂蜜的部分挥发性成分在其各自的裂解产物中的含量有所增减;单体玉米淀粉和蔗糖的裂解主要是糖类的裂解和转移,主要生成了5-(羟甲基)-2-呋喃甲醛、糠醛等产物。[结论]该研究为卷烟产品设计和卷烟加香加料提供了一定的依据。[ Objective ] The aim was to analyze and compare the pyrolysis products and volatile constituents of several tobacco essence and casing flavour samples. [ Method ] Pyrolysis products of 12 tobacco essence and casing flavour samples were investigated by pyrolysis- cryo-trap(CIS)-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (PY-CIS -GC/MS). For natural extracts, analysis and comparison of the volatile pyrolysis products and volatile constituents had been carried. [ Result ] For highly volatile natural extracts,such as Litsea cubeba oil,Aglaia odorate essential oil and Iris tectorum concrete,the content of the same components of pyrolysis products and volatile constituents which in pyrolysis products were respectively 80%-. 65% ,90%. It indicates that the main volatile constituents transfer to their own pyrolysis products directly. For monomer compound ,such as highly volatile 2,3,5 trimethyl pyrazine and 13-ionone ,they were transferred directly to their own pyrolysis products,the contents were 89% and 97%. About 57% of cis-9-octadecenoic acid was transferred directly to its own pyrolysis products. Some volatile constituents of natural extracts,such as Tamarindus indica L. extracts ,hawthorn tincture ,treemoss concrete and honey which could be found in their respective volatile pyrolysis prod- ucts, and there were increase or decrease in the content. The pyrolysis of corn starch and sucrose were mainly the pyrolysis and transfer of saccha- rides :5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furancarboxaldehyde,furfural etc. had been produced. [ Conclusion ] The study provides a basis for cigarette product design and cigarette flavoring and casing.
