基于共词分析的我国食品安全研究热点实证分析

摘　　要：选取中国学术期刊网(CNKI)全文数据库获取文献,以EXCEL和SPSS为主要分析工具,采用以共词分析为基础的聚类分析及因子分析方法,发现并剖析近年来我国食品安全领域研究所关注的十大主题。通过对该研究领域的高产作者、强势单位、新闻搜索量的进一步统计,总结该领域的研究现状,为相关政府部门、科研工作者提供参考。With the analysis tools of EXCEL and SPSS, a cluster and factor analysis were conducted on the literatures collected from the full-text database of CNKI based on the Co-word analysis, the ten botspots of China food safety research during recent years were revealed. According to the statistics about the productive authors, predominant units and search volumes in this field of research, the research status in this field was summarized, which provides references for related research departments and researchers.
