摘　　要：针对传统微生物实验课程教学的不足,提出以培养学生的综合实验能力为实验课程的中心目标入手,就微生物学实验课程教学内容的组织与更新、实验条件建设、实验过程与结果的评价、实验教学与科研相结合等方面进行了教学改革实践,旨在培养学生的实验动手能力和实验思维能力,提高微生物学实验教学的质量。According to the shortcomings of traditional microbiology experimental teaching, the goal of cultivating the students＇ comprehensive experimental ability was proposed, and a series of teaching reform practices were carried out on the organization and renewal of the teaching con- tents, the construction of experimental conditions, the evaluation of experimental process and results and the combination of experimental teaching with scientific research, aiming to cultivate the students＇ ability to experimental practice and thinking as well as improve the quality of microbiol- ogy experiment teaching.
