摘 要:目的:探讨骨髓内皮祖细胞是否可以迁移至假孕大鼠黄体组织,并观察其表达。方法:雌性大鼠经137Cs全身照射后,从尾静脉移植已标记DAPI的雄性大鼠骨髓内皮祖细胞,受鼠造血重建后,制备假孕模型,于假孕后第7天应用荧光显微镜、原位杂交技术观察受鼠骨髓、外周血及黄体微血管内皮祖细胞的分布及分化情况。结果:受鼠骨髓、外周血及黄体中均有DAPI阳性细胞分布,黄体微血管可见SRY阳性内皮细胞。结论:骨髓内皮祖细胞可以迁移至假孕大鼠黄体,并向血管内皮细胞分化,参与黄体血管发生。Objective: To observe whether bone marrow endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) can migrate to corpus lute- um of pseudocyesis rats, and their performance thereof. Methods: Female rats radiated by 137Cs were transplanted EPCs marked DAPI male rat bone marrow endothelial progenitor cells via tail vein. The pseudocyesis model of transplantated fe- male rats was established after hematopoietic reconstitution. The EPC distribution and differentiation of the female rat bone marrow, peripheral blood and corpus luteum were observed by fluorescence microscopy and in situ hybridization after 7-day pseudocyesis. Results: Cells marked DAPI were found dispersed on model bone marrow, peripheral blood and corpus lute- um, and EPCs marked SRY appeared on the capillary of the model rat corpus luteum. Conclusion: EPCs can migrate to pseu- dopregnant rat corpus luteum, start differentiation to endothelial cells, and participate in vasculogenesis of corpus luteum.
