摘 要:为优化蛹虫草的液体发酵及胞内多糖提取工艺,采用单因素对比试验法,确定蛹虫草液体发酵的最佳碳源为3%的玉米粉、最佳氮源为2%的蛋白胨。分别采用常规热水浸提、微波辅助水浸提、超声波水提法对蛹虫草菌丝体胞内多糖提取工艺进行研究,确定超声波水提法的提取效果最好,多糖得率为4.03%。Through carbon, nitrogen single-factor comparing experiment, cornmeal was determined as the best carbon, the optimal addition was 3%; peptone as the best nitrogen source, the optimal addition was 2%. Cordyceps polysaccharide was extracted with three methods: boiling water bath, microwave and ultrasonic method. Comparisons showed that among the three methods, ultrasonic was the best one, the extraction rate of polysaccharide could reach 4.03%. The study provided a theoretical basis for liquid-submerged fermen- tation and polysaccharide extraction of Cordyeeps militaris mycelium.
