摘  要:当前,高校教育管理干部职业发展还存在职业身份认同尴尬、职业归属感欠缺、晋升晋职困难、职业发展缓慢、发展路径单一、职业退缩现象明显等问题。导致这些问题的原因是高校教育管理干部职业发展的政策机制存在缺陷,激励机制乏力,高校教育管理干部自身对职业的认知不完善。要促进高校教育管理干部的职业发展,必须树立高校教育管理也是一门科学的理念;重建高校教育管理干部的激励考核和评价体系;完善高校教育管理干部职业发展的关怀机制;加强高校教育管理干部的入职指导。At present,in the professional development of educational administrators in university there exist such problems as the professional identity embarrassment,the lack of sense of belonging to a career,the difficult promotion,the slow development of career,the single development path and the obvious phenomenon of professional withdrawal.The cause of these problems is that the policy mechanism for the professional development of educational administrators in university is flawed,weak in the incentives,and the educational administrators in university cognize their own careers imperfectly.Therefore,to promote the professional development of educational administrators in university,the educational management must be considered as a scientific idea;the assessment and evaluation system of incentives must be rebuilt for the educational administrators in university;the care mechanism for the professional development must be improved;the guidance of their work must be strengthened.
