摘　　要：大学生素质拓展教育对应用型人才的培养具有十分重要的意义。但目前大学生素质拓展计划缺乏社会认可,素质拓展管理者队伍结构比较单一,素质拓展计划与专业教学尚未有效融合,素质拓展学分认定程序繁琐。要促进素质拓展计划的开展,应建立多部门联动机制,不断累积社会特别是用人单位对大学生素质拓展计划的认可和共识,构建相关保障机制,并将大学生素质拓展计划与专业教学有机结合起来,提高素质拓展学分认证的效率和权威。The college students＇ Quality Development Plan is significant in cultivating the application-oriented talents.However,the current Quality Development Plan has not yet been widely accepted by the society,for the Quality Development Plan has not been effectively integrated into the students＇ major study.To promote the efficient implementation of the Quality Development Plan,it is necessary to construct a mechanism in which different administrative departments cooperate to ensure the implementation of the Quality Development Plan,to try to gain the recognition and acceptance from the society,and to integrate the Quality Development Plan into the students＇ acquisition of the major knowledge.
