摘 要:目的探讨多曲方丝弓技术(MEAW)矫治恒牙列单侧后牙反(牙合),改善功能性下颌偏斜的疗效。方法选取2007—2010年就诊于山西医科大学口腔医院正畸科门诊的安氏Ⅲ类错牙合伴下颌偏斜患者10例,排齐整平牙列,采用MEAW技术调整后牙在三维方向上的位置,配合双侧不对称的短Ⅱ类和短Ⅲ类牵引,调整上下中线。拍摄矫治前后X线片并进行头影测量分析。结果 10例患者均取得良好矫治效果,矫治后磨牙为中性关系,覆牙合覆盖正常。结论轻度恒牙列单侧后牙反(牙合)患者通过MEAW技术可有效纠正磨牙关系及下颌偏斜。Objective To compare the cephalometic changes before and after treatment, and evaluate the effects of mul- tiloop edgewise aech wire (MEAW) technique in the treatment of permanent unilateral posterior crossbite and correction of functional mandibular deviations. Methods Ten patients of class m malocclusion with mandibular deviations were selected and corrected with muhiloop edgewise arch wire technique to modify the position of posterior teeth in three di- mentions and to correct midline irregularity with short Ⅱ elastic used on asymmetry side and short Ⅱ elastic on the other side. The cephalometic radiographs were taken before and after procedure and the effects were evaluated by the cephalo- metrics. Results Gratified results were achieved in 10 cases with molar relationships class Ⅲ, overbite and overjet be- ing normal. Conclusion Moderate permanent unilateral posterior crossbite can be corrected successfully by multiloop edgewise arch wire technique.
