摘 要:目的探讨钼靶X线主要征象在诊断乳腺癌中的应用价值,提高乳腺癌的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经钼靶X线诊断为乳腺癌,并经手术病理证实的80例乳腺癌病例的钼靶X线主要征象,探讨其主要X线特点。结果 X线表现为肿块的55例(68.6%),微钙化39例(48.7%)。肿块伴钙化2l例(26.3%),仅见微钙化9例(1l%),结构扭曲伴微钙化5例,局灶性致密影伴钙化4例,仅表现为结构扭曲4例。结论乳腺癌的钼靶主要X线征象具有特征性改变,认识其主要征象可显著提高诊断准确率。Objective To study the evaluation of the application of molybdic target rogntgenography in dignosis of breast cancer and to improve the level of radiological for the breast cancer.Methods The main mammograms of the 80 cases of the breast cancet were analyzed retrospectively and the reulsts for the breast cancer(n=5),focal asymmetric density with microcalcification(n=4),only architecture distortion(n=4).Results The mammographie appearance of 80 patients with breast cancer included: mass(n=55,68.7%),microcalcification(n=39,48.7%),the latter consisted of mass associated with calcification(n=21,26.3%),microcalcification only(n=9),architecture distortion with microcalcification.Conclusion There were obvious characteristics of molybdic target roentgenography of the breasrt cancer and it will be advantageous to improve the accurale ration of diagnosis for breast cancer.
