摘  要:上世纪90年代以来,我国学术界展开了大规模的学术规范化讨论,其背景就是当代学术不端问题频发,大学校园学术道德问题凸显。在学术风气不佳的情况下,大学作为学术活动的主阵地也不免成为学术不端问题的重灾区。本文从学术管理制度入手,以教师管理制度为切入点,分析大学教师管理制度的问题及其对大学学术道德的影响,力图通过改革教师聘任制度、完善数量质量并重的双轨考核晋升机制、增强学术权力的影响等措施引导和帮助教师健康成长。Since the 1990s, China's academia launched a large-scale academic standardized discuss its background is the contemporary academic misconduct frequent, university campus academic ethical issues highlighted. In the case of poor academic atmosphere, the university as the academic activities of the main front can not help but become the hardest hit of academic misconduct. Start from the academic management system, teacher management system as the starting point, analysis of the management system of university teachers and their impact on the University Academic Ethics, trying to be promoted through the reform of teacher employment system, improve the quantity and quality of both the two-track assessment mechanism, and enhance academic the power of the impact of measures to guide and help teachers grow up healthily.
