摘　　要：学生是学校的主体、是学习的主人,教务员作为联系学生与教师的纽带,是高校人才培养中的重要一环。高校教务员的工作具有广泛性、具体性、复杂性,在教务管理中发挥着重要作用。教务员的工作效率一定程度上决定了所在高校的管理水平和质量。教务员要一切以学生为本,树立服务意识、质量意识,要有认真的态度,务实的精神,提高高校教务员的工作效率。Students is the main body of the school, the masters of learning, and senate members as a link to contact the students and teachers, is an important part of university personnel training. University Senate members have extensive, specific, complex, plays an important role in educational administration. Senate members work efficiency to a certain extent determines the level and quality of the host university. Member of the Senate to be all student-oriented service consciousness, quality consciousness, there must be serious and pragmatic spirit, improve the work efficiency of the university senate members.
