颌面骨折并发下肢深静脉血栓:1例报告及文献复习

摘　　要：深静脉血栓形成(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)是骨科手术和创伤后并发症之一,主要成因与血管内壁受损、静脉血流缓慢、血液高凝状态及机体纤溶状态有关。下肢深静脉血栓后遗症是下肢深静脉血栓的远期并发症,严重影响患者的生活质量。而颌面部创伤合并下肢深静脉血栓病例较为罕见,本文报告1例颌面部骨折术后并发下肢DVT患者,结合相关文献进行讨论,以提高口腔颌面外科医护人员对DVT的认识和重视,有利于预防和降低DVT的发生。Deep venous thrombosis（DVT） is one of the common complication after operation,mainly due to vascular wall damage,slow of the blood flow rate,hypercoagulation and fibrinolytic state in patinets.Post-thrombotic syndrome（PTS） is a long-term complication of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,which can influence the patients’ quality of life seriously.Oral and maxillofacial trauma concurrent with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis（LEDVT） is rare.In this paper,we reported a case of oral maxillofacial fractures combined with LEDVT and reviewed the literatures to evoke awareness of this situation and prevent the occurrence of DVT.
