摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌患者血清EGF水平在预后中的临床意义,为判断胃癌的预后提供新的临床途径。方法:采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定62例患者血清中EGF的含量。其中包括正常体检患者血清标本28例,本院消化科住院胃癌患者血清标本34例。结果:正常对照组血清EGF含量为0.85±0.36μg/L,胃癌组含量为1.58±0.45μg/L,具显著性统计学差异(P<0.01)。在胃癌患者血清中,EGF含量进展期高于早期。结论:胃癌患者血清EGF的监测可以作为了解肿瘤生物学行为及判断患者预后的一个指标。Objective：To explore the clinical significance of the serum level of epidermal growth factor（EGF） in patients with gastric cancer so as to provide new clinical approach for judgment of the prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods：The serum levels of human epidermal growth factor in 62 patients were measured by radio immunoassay（RIA） including 28 cases of serum specimen from normal medical patients,and 34 cases of serum specimen from patients with gastro enterology gastric cancer.Results：The level of EGF from gastric carcinoma patients was significantly higher than that from the normal（P0.01）,and it was also significantly higher in patients with infiltrating gastric carcinoma than that with early gastric carcinoma（P0.05）.Conclusion：The detection of serum EGF level in patients with gastric carcinoma plays an important role in differentiating malignancy of carcinoma and evaluating its prognosis.
