Ezrin与NF-κBp65、ICAM-1在胃癌组织及区域转移淋巴结中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)、细胞核转录因子(NF-κB)p65、细胞间黏附因子-1(ICAM-1)在胃癌组织及区域转移淋巴结中的表达情况,并对其意义进行探讨。方法免疫组化染色检测36例伴有区域淋巴结转移的胃癌标本的Ezrin、NF-κBp65、ICAM-1表达情况,比较其在区域转移淋巴结与原发肿瘤中的差异,并对3种蛋白质的关系进行分析。结果 Ezrin、NF-κBp65在胃癌区域转移淋巴结中表达均强于原发灶(P<0.05);Ezrin、NF-κBp65在两种组织中表达存在正相关关系(P<0.05);在胃癌组织中Ezrin与NF-κBp65、NF-κBp65与ICAM-1表达均存在正相关性(r=0.3894、0.3649,P<0.05),在区域转移淋巴结组织中各蛋白质间未发现明显相关关系(r值分别为0.3022,0.2756,0.2928,P>0.05)。结论 Ezrin蛋白表达在胃癌转移过程中发生变化,这可能是促进胃癌转移进展的原因之一。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Ezrin,nuclear transcription factor kappa B（NF-κB）p65,intercellular adhesion molecule-1（ICAM-1） in gastric cancer tissues and regional lymph node metastases（RLNM）.Methods The expressions of Ezrin,NF-κBp65,ICAM-1 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 36 specimens of gastric cancer tissues with RLNM,and the difference of expressions between RLNM and primary tumor was compared,and the correlation among the three kinds of proteins was analyzed.Results The expressions of Ezrin,NF-κBp65 in RLNM were higher than those in primary focus（P0.05）,and there was a positive correlation in the expressions of Ezrin and NF-κBp65 between the two different tissues（P0.05）.There was a positive correlation between the expression of Ezrin and that of NF-κBp65 and between NF-κBp65 and ICAM-1 in gastric cancer tissues（r=0.3894,0.3649,P0.05）.However there were no significant differences among Ezrin,NF-κBp65,ICAM-1 in RLNM（P0.05）.Conclusion The expression of Ezrin protein changes during gastric cancer metastasis,which may be one of the reasons that promote the metastasis and progression of gastric cancer.
