摘 要:目的了解孕妇对保健食品的认识、使用和需求情况,为孕妇的营养保健工作和保健食品的发展提供指导。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对宿迁市、徐州市、盐城市299名孕妇进行现场调查。结果 50.2%的孕妇在此次怀孕期间使用过保健食品;91.3%的孕妇认为当今保健食品市场不规范;86.3%的孕妇认为保健食品的宣传与实际效果不相符。结论大多数孕妇对保健食品的认识水平不高,应当引导孕妇正确地使用保健食品;同时应当加强保健食品市场的规范管理,使保健食品行业健康发展。Objective To understand the cognition,usage and demand of health products in pregnant women,so as to provide the guideline for improving the pregnant woman health work and the development of the industry of health products.Methods A total of 299 pregnant women were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire in Suqian,Xuzhou and Yancheng cities,Jiangsu Province.Results Totally 50.2% of the pregnant women used health products during their pregnancy,91.3% of them regarded the health product market was irregular,and 86.3% of them thought the propaganda of health products did not match their actual effects.Conclusions The pregnant women's knowledge on health products was relatively poor.The usage of health products should be guided correctly in pregnant women and the management of health product markets should be strengthened.
