高效液相色谱法测定妇炎消片中大黄酚和大黄素含量

摘　　要：目的初步建立妇炎消片的质量标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定妇炎消片中的大黄酚和大黄素的含量。色谱柱为C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85∶15)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm。结果大黄素和大黄酚进样量线性范围分别为0.038 1～0.476 0μg和0.082 4～1.030 0μg,平均回收率为98.89%和99.01%,RSD分别为0.78%和1.09%(n=6)。结论该方法简便易行、重现性好,可有效控制该制剂的质量。Objective To establish the quality standard of Fuyanxiao Tablets.Met hods Using HPLC method to determine chrysophanol and emodin content in Fuyanxiao Tablets.C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was adopted;methanol-0.1%phosphori c acid（85 ∶15） as the mobile phase detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results Lin ear range of emodin was 0.038 1-0.476 0 μg/mL,and the average recovery rate w as 98.89%,RSD was 0.78%（n=6）.Chrysophanol was linear range of 0.082 4-1.030 0 μg/mL,and the average recovery rate was 99.01%,RSD was 1.09%（n=6）.Conclus ion The established method is simple,feasible and reproeducible.This study pro vides a method for the quality control of fuyanxiao Tablets.
