摘 要:研究了复合生物酶处理工艺在洋葱皮提取液染亚麻织物中的应用.用测量织物减量率和织物断裂强力的方法检测亚麻织物的酶处理效果,从处理温度、处理时间和酶用量等方面进行分析和讨论,最终得到复合酶处理亚麻织物的最佳工艺为:纤维素酶3 g/L,果胶酶4 g/L,pH为5.5,45℃,90 min.处理后,亚麻织物染色效果高于未处理的织物,各项色牢度较好,且织物的摩擦牢度和耐皂洗色牢度比未处理的亚麻织物高0.5级左右.The application of treatment process of complex enzyme on linen fabrics dyeing with the ex tract of onion was studied.The effects of enzyme on linen fabrics were estimated by the reduction rate of weight and breaking strength.From the aspects of treating temperature,treating time and enzyme concentra tion,the optimal process of enzyme treatment on linen fabrics was obtained: cellulase 3 g/L,pectinase 4 g/L,pH 5.5,treated at 45 ℃ for 90 min.The dyeing properties of the treated fabrics were higher than those un treated fabrics.The color fastness of treated fabrics was good.And the grade of rubbing fastness and soap fastness was 0.5 grades higher than those untreated fabrics.
