摘 要:制度的目的是促进利益相关者的利益与权力的相互制衡,因此,利益相关者的分析视角既可以为大学制度的形成和发展提供有效的分析框架,又可以为大学制度的自我修正提供价值引领。利益相关者的利益的充分表达和最大化满足、利益相关者之间的相互制衡体现了大学管理制度民主、公正、效率、和谐的价值理念。利益相关者视角下大学管理制度价值的实现需要大学从内部治理到共同治理,构建多元治理结构;从单向控制到相互制衡,构建复合控制模式;从自我发展到开放合作,协调内外权利关系。The purpose of the system is to promote the balance of interest and power for the stakeholders. Stakeholders analysis can not only provide effective analytical framework to the development of the university system, but also provide val- ues to lead the university system's self-correcting. Fully expressing and maximized meeting of stakeholders" interests as well as the power balancing of the stakeholders reflect the values of university management system such as democracy, justice, effi- ciency, and harmony.
