摘 要:采用土培盆栽试验研究不同硅添加量(0,0.25,0.5,0.75,1,1.25g/kg,以Si计)对小麦吸收金属铜和土壤性质的影响。结果表明:在加硅量0.25,0.5,0.75g/kg作用下,通过降低土壤中铜的生物毒性,提高土壤酶(脲酶、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶)活性,增加土壤pH值,从而使得小麦幼苗发芽率升高,光合作用增强,有利于小麦的生长。在加硅量1,1.25g/kg作用下会对小麦生长产生一定的抑制作用。故施适量的硅(0.75g/kg)可有效减轻小麦重金属铜污染的毒害,从而为铜毒害的小麦区域增施硅肥提供理论依据。The pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Si on wheat's absorbing metallic copper and soil properties when add different volumes of 0,0.25,0.5,0.75,1,1.25 g/kg,in Si plan.The results showed that when Si of ammounts were 0.25,0.5,0.75 g/kg,by decreasing copper biotoxicity,increasing soil enzyme(such as urease,catalase,and sucrase) activity and increasing pH in soil,it could significantly increase germination percentage of the wheat seeding and promote photosynthesis.And the following result was to promote development of the wheat.When Si of ammounts were 1,1.25 g/kg,it could inhibit the development of wheat.So here was the conclusion,appropriate silicon volume of 0.75 g/kg could significantly alleviate metallic copper pollution,providing the theoretical basis of increasing silicon fertilizer at the wheat regional of Cu poison.
