摘 要:目的观察家长课堂在提高家长对发热知识的认识水平,减少发热患儿对退热药物使用中的作用。方法 240例患儿随机分成2组,对照组仅护士对家长进行入院健康教育,观察组除入院健康教育外,还组织家长集中课堂学习;观察2组患儿所用退热药的种类、次数及用量,尤其是激素使用情况是否存在统计学意义。结果 120例未参加家长课堂发热的患儿退热药的使用次数为80次,其中激素使用次数为30次,120例参加家长课堂的发热患儿的退热药的使用次数为30次,其中激素使用次数为10次,较对照组患儿的退热药使用率下降41.7%,其中激素使用率下降16.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过开展家长课堂能明显降低发热患儿退热药物的使用率,尤其是激素的使用率,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the role of parent classroom in improving parental fever knowledge and decreasing the used - ratio of febrifuge on children with fever. Methods All 240 feverish children were classified into two groups : the comparative group and the obser- vation group. For the comparative group, only the nurse provided health education to parents, but for the observation group, besides health education, the hospital also organized parent classroom for parents, and then the type, times and dosage of febrifuge of two groups feverish children were observed, especially whether the use of hormone had statistical meaning was evaluated. Results A number of 120 feverish children whose parents did not attend parent classroom used 80 times of febrifuge, with 30 times of hormone, in contrast, 120 feverish chil- dren whose parents attended parent classroom used 30 times of febrifuge, with 10 times of hormone, the use rate of febrifuge decreased by 41. 7%, with the use rate of hormone decreasing by 16.7% compared with the comparative group, and the result difference had statistical mean- ing ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Through organizing parent classroom, the use rate of febrifuge in feverish children can be obviously decreased, especially the use rate of hormone, so this method is worth wide use.
