摘  要:目的研究癫痫过程中脑组织氧自由基的产生与细胞损伤的关系,以及安定的抗损伤作用。方法以氯化锂和匹罗卡品诱发大鼠癫痫,测定其脑线粒体丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果癫痫过程中,脑组织MDA含量与SOD活力均有不同程度的增高。结论氧自由基的产生可能是癫痫引起细胞损伤的机制之一。Objective It is to investigate the relationship between the changes of free radicals and cellular trauma during epilepsy, and observed the protective action of diazepam. Methods Epilepsy of rats was evoked with lithium and pilocarpine, and then the quantity of MDA and the activity of SOD in encephalic mitochondria were measured. Results The quantity of MDA and the activity of SOD showed various degrees of increased during epilepsy. Conclusion The production of free radicals is a mechanism of cellular trauma during epilepsy.
