摘　　要："泛在化"的理念正引导着数字图书馆向一种可动态配置的数字图书馆联盟发展。在发展理念不断创新、技术不断更新、信息服务市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,只有以"泛在化"的理念来营造、提高读者满意度,形成独特的图书馆竞争优势,才能确保高校图书馆在新形势下立于不败之地。文章阐述了泛在化环境下高校图书馆核心竞争力的构成因素,同时提出提高图书馆核心竞争力的相应对策。Ubiquitous theory is leading digital library alliance develop to dynamic configurable digital library alliance.Today,for continuously innovations of developmental and renewed technologies,university libraries remain invincible in increasingly intense competition under new situation only when improving readers＇ satisfaction forming unique competitive advantage based on ubiquitous theory.This paper illustrates constituent elements of core competitive for libraries under the ubiquitous environment and propose related countermeasure for improving competition ability of libraries.
