摘　　要：首先针对PS版的版基材料,探讨铝材中微量元素和微观结构,以及铝版基的表面质量、外形尺寸对电解磨版的影响;其次论述了电解磨版前碱洗工艺存在的影响因素;然后对电解磨版工艺中的电源、电流密度、电解液、电解时间、电极和电解槽结构展开分析;讨论结果表明,以上因素都不同程度地影响PS版电解磨版的过程,决定所得砂目的质量,必须加以正确控制。In view of aluminum-based material of PS plate,the effect of trace elements,microstructure and surface quality on electro-grinding was discussed.And then the influencing factors of alkaline wash process before electro-grinding were presented.The power,current density,electrolyte,electrolytic time and structure of electrolytic tank were analyzed.The results show that the process of electro-grinding of PS plate can be affected by above factors.So the factors should be controlled properly.
