摘　　要：通过分析国外一些国家充电基础设施建设的基本情况,提出加强我国充电基础设施建设需要宏观考虑、战略布局的对策。Through analyzing preliminary study on construction infrastructural facilities of charging in foreign countries,the author put forward countermeasures of strengthening infrastructural facilities of charging in China.
