摘　　要：通过分析2011年度全省生产力促进中心统计报表,找出了影响基层生产力促进中心发展的主要问题,并提出通过考核拉动、示范带动、项目促动、联盟联动4项具体措施提升基层生产力促进中心服务转型跨越发展的能力。In this paper, through analyzing statistical report of promotion center for productivity over the province in 2011, the author found main problems of effecting development of promotion center for productivity of grassroots level, and put forward four measures to improve power of transformative and leap-forward development of service of promotion center for productivity of grassroots level through examining, demonstration, promotion of project and alliance.
