摘　　要：分析了初创科技型企业的特点,提出了帮助科技型企业快速成长的建议,揭示了小企业的特点及成长规律,阐述了创业企业管理的重点、创业企业能力成长的重点、企业成长以及持续发展的阻力和成长管理的重点。In this paper, the authors analyzed features of newly established technological enterprises, and put forward suggestions of helping technological enterprises grow fast. Finally, the authors revealed features and growing regular of small enterprises, and expounded key points of management startup, growth of ability of startup, pain of enterprises＇ growing, resistance and management of growth.
