摘  要:重智轻德是我国中小学教育存在的重要问题,也是中小学教育内部失衡的表现。重智轻德导致青少年道德素质低下,给社会发展和人的发展带来巨大的危害。当前重智轻德主要是受功利主义教育价值取向、人才选拔制度以及"学历社会"倾向的影响。要解决中小学教育重智轻德问题,实现教育均衡发展,可以从以下几个方面着手:树立科学的教育观念;改革考试制度;确定科学的人才观念和社会用人制度。This is an important questions attaching emphasizing knowledge neglecting morality of primary and middle Schools education.Attaching emphasizing knowledge neglecting morality leads to youngsters the quality of moral decline and brings great harm to the development of society and people.At this time,attaching emphasizing knowledge neglecting morality is affected by utilitarianism education value orientation and talent selection system and the tendency of degree society.Therefore,the problem of attaching emphasizing knowledge neglecting morality will be solved and realized the balanced development we need to begin from the following respects: constructing scientific education;reforming test system and making examination;ensuring scientific talent view and employment system.
