排一分析法的简要证明及误差分析

摘　　要：基于排一分析法的最小二乘正则化算法,采用去除其中一个样本值的方法,给出Zhang Tong在"Leave-one-out bounds for kernel methods"一文中提出的排一分析法的一个简要证明,并进一步研究容量无关的最小二乘回归学习算法的误差分析,得到误差界及学习速率o(m-β/2β+1)。We mainly study the regularized least square regression algorithms based on leave-one-out analysis method. By getting rid of a sample value, we give a brief proof of leave-one-out analysis method for kernel methods and study the capacity independent error bounds of regularized least square regression algorithms. Finally learning rates o（m-2β＋1/β） are obtained.
