摘　　要：目的探讨声门区及咽喉部良性肿瘤胃镜下治疗的可行性、有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析我中心2010年1月～2011年4月胃镜下治疗的16例声门区及咽喉部良性肿瘤的临床资料。结果所有患者均一次性治疗成功,无并发症发生,治疗成功率100%。结论胃镜下治疗声门区及咽喉部良性肿瘤拓展了传统内镜的应用范畴,安全、有效。Objective To study the feasibility,efficacy and safety of treating benign tumors in the subglottic area and throat using gastroscopy.Methods 16 cases of the benign tumors in the subglottic area and throat in our center during January 2010 and April 2011,which were treated using gastroscopy,were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients were successfully treated,and there was no complications.The success rate of treatment was 100%.Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat the benign tumors in the subglottic area and throat under gastroscopy.
