摘  要:国内很多理工类高校错误地解读了创办文科的目标,导致这些文科专业不得不依附于原有的理工科。理工类高校的文科专业要发展,必须摆脱理工科的牵制,获得自主的地位。自主发展的主要障碍在于高校管理者对新上的文科专业依然沿用理工科的教学与科研评价体系,要克服这样的障碍,必须改为同行对比。理工类高校文科专业自主发展的契机在于发展特色文科,管理者宜采用间接干预的手段,引进师资与培养师资相结合。Many domestic science and engineering colleges have a wrong interpretation on the objective for which liberal arts speciality are founded there,resulting in those speialities have to attach them selves to the existing science and engineering discipline. For development, liberal arts must get rid of the constraints of the existing science and engineering discipline and get an independent status. The main obstacle to self-development is that college managers still use old evaluation system of teaching and research on the liberal arts speciality, which is applied for science and engineering discipline. Peer comparison should be put in force to overcome it. The opportunity for the self-development of liberal arts speciality of science and engineering colleges resides in the development of characteristic discipline;to this end managers should adopt an indirect means of intervention,and combine teachers' introduction and teachers' training.
