摘  要:目的研究葡萄籽原花青素对晶状体氧化损伤的保护作用。方法取正常兔晶状体分为正常培养组、Feton模型组和不同浓度葡萄籽原花青素保护组,培养24 h后观察各组晶状件的形态学变化。结果 Feton模型组晶状体全部混浊,对照组、0.5 mg/mL葡萄籽原花青素和1.5 mg/mL葡萄籽原花青素组分别有8.3%,66.7%和25.0%的发生雾样混浊;光镜和电镜下见对照组组织结构基本正常.Feton模型组严重损害.0.5 mg/mL葡萄籽原花青素组部分损害,1.5 mg/mL葡萄籽原花青素组轻微损害;结论葡萄籽原花青素可保护晶状体免受氧化损伤。Objective To evaluate the efect of GSPC on protecting lens against oxidative stress. Methods Rabbit' s lenses cultured in vitro divided into 4 groups:control group, Feton model (oxidative stress group) , 0.5 mg/mL GSPC and 1.5 mg/mL GSPC treatment groups. The transparency of all lenses was examined after above lenses incubated for 24 h .At the same time. the histological changes of all lenses were examined by light and electron microscopies. Results After incubated for 24 h. 8.3% lenses of control group were showed swelling; all lenses of Feton model group developed into cataract:66.7% lenses of 0.5 mg/mL GSPC group and 25.0% lenses of 1.5 mg/mL GSPC group were showed swelling. The structure of lenses in control group was normal, but that of them was damaged severely in Feton model. Sligt damage was found in lenses which were cultured by 0.5 mg/mL GSPC and 1.5 mg/mL GSPC media. Conclusion GSPC can protect lens against oxidative stress, preveming it from lipid peroxidation and cataract formation in vitro. 1.5 mg/mL GSPC may be more beneficial.
