用硅酸钠催化制备甘二酯的研究

摘　　要：以硬脂酸甲酯与甘油为原料,研究了以硅酸钠为催化剂制备甘二酯的最佳条件.正交试验结果表明,硅酸钠催化制备甘二酯的最佳条件为:硬脂酸甲酯与甘油的物质的量比为2∶1,反应温度220℃,反应时间2.5 h,硅酸钠的添加量为硬脂酸甲酯质量的0.5%;在此条件下进行反应,测得反应产物中甘二酯的质量分数为49.70%.In this paper, we studied the optimum preparation conditions of diacylglycerol from methyl stearate and glycerol by using sodium silicate as catalyst. The orthogonal experiment results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows： the molar ratio of methyl stearate to glycerol 2：1 ,temperature 220℃ ,reaction time 2.5 hours,and sodium silicate 0.5% the weight of methyl stearate. Under the optimum conditions,the mass fraction of diacylglycerol in reaction product was 49.70%.
