佩戴镍铬合金烤瓷冠后血清免疫学指标的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨镍铬合金烤瓷冠的佩戴是否会引起机体免疫功能学指标的改变。方法对33例镍铬合金烤瓷冠佩戴者进行佩戴前和佩戴2月后的尿镍、尿铬及血清免疫学功能指标肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)和IL-6等进行重复测量,并采用配对t检验和重复测量数据线性回归分析探讨镍铬合金烤瓷冠的佩戴与机体免疫功能变化间的关系。结果镍铬合金烤瓷冠的佩戴前后、数量和金属裸露水平均与血清TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的变化无关。根据机体的尿镍和尿铬水平将合并前后两次重复测量的所有样本进行重新分组后,未能发现尿镍或尿铬水平和上述各免疫学指标间的显著关系。结论镍铬合金烤瓷冠的佩戴与机体免疫学功能指标的改变无关。Objective To assess the influences of dental restoration with Nickel-Chromium（Ni-Cr） on the patients＇ serum immunological function parameters.Methods A 2-month prospective follow-up study was conducted in 33 patients undergoing dental restoration with Ni-Cr alloy.The associations of alloy restoration with the serum tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-α）,interleukin-1beta（IL-1β） and interleukin-6（IL-6） were analyzed by paired t test and general linear model of repeated measures.Results The concentrations of serum TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6 did not changed in the presence of alloy restoration（P 0.05）.Moreover,there were no relationships between the concentrations of serum TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6 and the number as well as the level of metal crown uncovered with porcelain（P 0.05）.After splitting all data into three groups of equal sample size by urinary Ni or urinary Cr,no changes were found in serum parameters of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6.Conclusion This study revealed that dental restoration with Ni-Cr alloy is not related to the changes of immunological function parameters.
