摘　　要：以生态自然观为基础阐述酒店企业生态管理涵义及系统思考方法,在此基础上构建酒店企业生态管理系统,并给出了酒店企业生态管理系统各部分的具体实施措施。This paper introduces the concept of hotel enterprise ecological management and the method of systematic thinking based on the ecological natural view.Then it put forward the system of hotel enterprise ecological management and corresponding measures to achieve system aim in detail.
