摘　　要：目的:通过分析2006—2009年某三级甲等中医院住院病人不同医疗保险方式与住院天数、住院费用的关系,探讨不同医疗保险支付方式对住院天数及住院费用的影响,为医疗保险制度的进一步改革提供参考依据。方法:对调查资料按住院病人的医疗保险方式进行分类,由于调查资料的总体方差不齐,选择Wel ch检验进行统计学分析。结果:2006年该院不同医疗保险方式住院病人的住院天数、住院费用无差异(P>0.05),而2007年起不同医疗保险方式住院病人的住院天数、住院费用都有明显的统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:医疗保险制度的不断完善,有效控制了住院病人的住院天数;但由于不同医疗保险制度的补偿方式不同,也会在一定程度上影响卫生服务利用,因而医疗保健制度对疾病住院天数和住院费用有重要影响。Objective： To explore the influence of different payments of medical insurances on hospital days and hospitalization expense through analyzing the relationship of different medical insurance,hospital days and hospitalization expense in 3A grade hospital of TCM from 2006 to 2009 in order to provide the evidence for further reform of medical insurance system.Method： Data of inpatients were classified into groups according to medical insurances and Welch test was chosen due to the heterogeneity of data variance.Result： Comparison of hospital days and hospitalization expense with different medical insurances showed no statistical difference at the year of 2006（P0.05）,while the comparisons suggested remarkable difference from 2007 to 2009（P0.01）.Conclusion： Improvements of medical insurance effectively control hospital days;but to some extent different compensations of medical insurances would also affect the utilization of health service,therefore medical insurance system is important for hospital days and hospitalization expense.
