摘 要:多齿分度盘是机械领域分度精度最高的元件,它通过上下齿盘啮合完成分度。在多齿分度台上下齿盘啮合时,牙齿间不可避免的存在着冲击,影响分度精度。根据动力学的相关理论,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对上下齿盘建立弹性动力学模型,分析啮合牙齿的弹性体动力响应及对分度精度的影响,并实验验证。经过分析,当上齿盘下落高度为1mm,在文中中间位置下落,分度误差为0.08″;左侧位置下落,分度误差为0.53″。实验得出,上齿盘下落高度为1 mm,在中间位置下落,分度误差为0.09″;左侧位置下落,分度误差为0.55″。经过分析和实验可知,分度盘上齿盘由中间位置下落,且降低下落高度,可以减小齿面间冲击,提高分度精度。Teeth dividing table operates its dividing function by meshing between upper and lower tables,which has the highest dividing accuracy in mechanical field.The impact existing inevitably between teeth affects dividing precision when upper and lower tables is meshing.According to the dynamics theory,elastic dynamics model of upper and lower tables were developed by ANSYS/LS-DYNA.Elastic dynamic responses of meshing teeth were analyzed numerically and then verified by experiment.Numerical results show that,with 1mm falling height of upper table,dividing error is 0.08″ when the upper plate falls in the middle position and dividing error is 0.53″ when the upper plate falls from the left side.Experimental results show that the corresponding dividing errors are 0.09″and 0.53″ respectively under the same conditions mentioned above.The results also illustrate that the impact between teeth becomes smaller and the dividing precision gets higher when the upper table falls in the middle position and the falling height is lower.
