中国自然资源社区共管的本土化

摘　　要：自然资源社区共管模式在中国近20年实践表明,一方面社区共管是一种有效的管理模式,另一方面本土化是社区共管在自然资源保护中持续发挥作用的必然趋势。社区共管的本土化可以从四个方面入手:社区共管的定义可以在融合基本原则的基础上发展本土化的表述;社区共管的内容可以整合地方性知识;社区共管的组织化建设需要加强农民合作;在开展项目过程中注重兼顾效率与公平。The practice of community-based co-management model in the past 20 years in China shows that it is one effective kind of natural resource management model.Meanwhile,indigenization becomes its inevitable tendency to play a continued role in the protection of natural resources.The indigenization of community-based co-management could be promoted in four aspects： its definition could be developed with the local expressions based on its principles;its content could be integrated into the local knowledge;its organization could develop the peasants＇ cooperation;and its co-efficiency and fairness could be shown in carrying out the projects.
