摘 要:在室温条件下,分别采用0.2%,1%,2%,4%浓度的纳米ZnO对毛竹试件进行处理,比较了纳米ZnO处理前后毛竹防霉性能和阻燃性能的差异。结果表明:当药剂浓度从0%提高到2%时,毛竹试件的防霉效果随纳米ZnO吸药量的增加而提高,当药剂浓度从2%提高到4%时,纳米ZnO吸药量的增加并未提高毛竹试件防霉效果;纳米ZnO处理使毛竹的霉变时间推迟2~3周,并提高了毛竹的阻燃性能。The mildew proof and flame retardant performance of the nanometer ZnO treated Moso bamboo were investigated.The differences before and after treatment were observed.Moso bamboo specimens were treated by nanometer ZnO of the concentration 0.2%,1%,2% and 4% respectively in the room temperature.Results showed that the mildew proof performance increased with the drug loading of nanometer ZnO during the concentration raised from 0% to 2%.However,it did not get better when the concentration increased from 2% to 4%.The mildew time can be delayed 2-3 weeks after nanometer ZnO treatment.Meanwhile,the flame retardant properties of bamboo were improved.
