摘　　要：文章叙述船用电子元器件二次筛选的定义。并介绍质量管理与控制在几种船用电子元器件常规二次筛选如温度循环、电功率老炼和电参数检测过程中的应用。最后提出几种新型特殊的二次筛选方法中质量管理与控制的应用(DAP、实效分析、质量数据平台和6δ质量管理等)。The article puts forward the definition of re-testing of electronic elements for a ship.It introduces the application of quality control to common re-testing of the electronic elements for the ship：such as temperature cycle,electric power testing and electric parameter inspecting.Finally,it brings us several new applications of the quality control to re-testing of the electronic elements（DAP,invalidation analysis,the data platform of quality,the 6δ quality control and so on）.
