摘　　要：上皮-间质转化(EMT)是一种来源于发育生物学的概念,它表示上皮细胞发生向间质细胞表型转化的一个过程。近年来,EMT机制已经成为肿瘤转移研究的热点。本文概要回顾了EMT及其与肿瘤转移相关的研究成果,并介绍了生物力学因素在EMT参与肿瘤转移中的可能作用,以期为本领域的研究提供一些思路。Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition（EMT）,as a concept coming from the developmental biology,indicates that the phenotype changes from a epithelial cell to a mesenchymal-like cell.Recently,a link between EMT and cancer metastasis became a hot point in cancer researches.In this review,we discuss the basic concept and mechanism of the EMT in cancer metastasis,as well as results from recent studies that demonstrate that biomechanical factors involving in EMT during solid human tumour metastasis have some research values.
