摘　　要：傅雷不仅具有精湛的音乐理论造诣,而且有音乐教育方面的成功经验。《傅雷家书》即折射出傅雷如何培养、教育傅聪成为世界级的钢琴大师、"钢琴诗人"的成功教育理念。傅雷的音乐教育理念体现为:先为人、次为艺术家;重视文化底蕴培养;认真踏实的学习态度培养;不断创新求发展。傅雷音乐教育思想对当代音乐教育有重要影响。FU Lei not only had great attainments of music theories but successful experience in music education. His work FULei＇s Letters to His Sons has reflected how he cultivated FU Cong into a world class pianist and a pianist poet. His educational conceptions in music lie in the view ＂learning first to be a person and then to be a pianist＂, emphasis on the cultivation of deep and internal culture, formation of careful and down-to-earth study attitude and continuous innovation. His educa tional thoughts in music have exerted great influence on the contemporary music education.
