摘 要:目的:评价以降低蠕虫感染为突破口,建立健康促进学校的效果。方法:选择福建省连江县4所中小学的全体师生,按“WHO西太区发展健康促进学校区域行动纲要”要求的内容、方法进行,并选取2所中小学作对照。结果:采用驱虫与健康促进措施相结合的4所试点中小学,2年来学校与社区关系进一步融洽,学生肠道蠕虫感染率下降85.60%,卫生知识的及格率与卫生行为良好率分别比开展前上升87.03%和30.85%;而只驱虫未开展健康促进教育的2所对照中小学,肠道蠕虫下降率仅为56.70%,卫生知识及格率仅上升0.5%,而卫生行为良好率不仅没有上升,反而有所下降。结论:实行从驱虫入手建立健康促进学校的途径可行。Objective: Taking worming as turning point to create health promoting schools in 4 primary and secodary schools in Lianjiang county, Fujian province. Methods: The study was conducted according to WPRO Regional Guidelines on Development of Health Promoting Schools - A Framework for Action. Results: In the 4 schools where deworming and health education had been implemented for 2 years, a series of health policies had been set down. The schools' appearances have changed greatly , and the relations between schools and communities were harmonious. Compared with that before implementing of the project, the infection rate of helminth in students has reduced by 85. 6% , the passing rate of health knowledge and the 'good' rate of health behavior have risen by 87. 03 % and 30. 85 % respectively. However, in the 2 schools where deworming was only implemented, the infection rate reduced only by 56. 70% , the passing rate rose only by 0. 5%; the'good' rate not rose, but reduced somewhat. Conclusion:Carrying out deworming as an entry point to develop health promoting schools in primary and secondary schools of is feasible and is in agreement with the practical conditions of our province and our country.
