摘 要:[目的]对扁玉螺多糖的提取条件进行优化并测定多糖的含量。[方法]采用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖的含量,以多糖的得率为指标,在单因素分析的基础上进行正交分析,优化扁玉螺多糖的提取工艺条件。[结果]最佳提取条件为:提取温度40℃,料液比1∶100(g/ml),提取时间60 min;在此提取条件下,扁玉螺多糖的提取率为7.17%,RSD为1.05%。[结论]该方法简便可靠,为扁玉螺多糖的进一步开发利用提供了依据。[ Objective ] To optimize the extraction conditions and determine the content of polysaccharide from Neverita didyma. [ Method ] The polysaccharide content was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method, with the yield of polysaccharide as index, an orthogonal analysis was carried out based on single factor analysis to optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Neverita d/dyma. [ Result] The opti- mum extraction parameters were: extraction temperature of 40 ~C, extraction duration of 60 min, solid-liquid ratio of 1:100. Under the best conditionsy the extraction rate ofNeverita didyma polysaccharide was 7.17% with RSD of 1.05%. [ Conclusion] The method is simple and re- liable, thus providing basis for the further development and utilization of Neverita didyma polysaccharide.
