摘　　要：介绍了预制砼管桩灌注机的工作过程和控制要求。给出了基于S7-200 PLC和AE80THTD触摸屏的控制系统。对控制系统的硬件组成、I/O配置、软件工作流程和控制功能图做了较详细的阐述。实际运行表明,控制系统具有制造、安装、调试方便,操作简单,运行稳定、可靠等特点。This paper introduces the precast concrete pipe pile perfusion machine work process and control requirements,and designs the control system based on S7-200PLC and AE80THTD touch screen.This paper describes in detail the control system hardware,input and output configuration,software workflow and control chart.The actual operation shows control system manufacture,installation,commissioning,simple operation,stable,reliable,and so on.
