摘　　要：本文从语言规范视角研究网络视频主持人语言,从语音发声、语言表达、网络语言、外来语使用问题等方面对晚会类、脱口秀类、访谈类网络视频节目主持人的语言不规范问题进行分析。语言不规范的客观原因有网络环境影响、选拔标准宽泛、对象层次多样,主观原因有语言规范意识缺乏、网络规律把握不当、播音主持业务素养参差等。网络视频主持人语言规范化应考虑规范性、对象感、分寸感和感染力等因素。规范网络视频主持人语言的对策:加深网情认识、提高规范意识,完善法律法规、加强行政监管,制定行业规范、健全自律机制,加强培训交流、提高队伍素质等。This article investigates the language standardization problems spotted in online video hosts for gala shows, talk shows and interviews, covering such issues as phonetic articulation, language expression, the use of Internet language and loan words. Non-standard language results practically from network impact, loose selection criteria and varied subject matters, and also from the lack of awareness of language standardization, poor grasp of the network law and different levels of broadcasting proficiency, etc. Online video hosts should take such factors as standardization, sense of subject matter, sense of proportion, and appeal into consideration. In order to improve their language standardization, some countermeasures are offered： raising the awareness of standardization, perfecting laws and regulations, reinforcing the administrative supervision, formulating norms and improving self-discipline mechanism, strengthening training and improving team quality.
