摘 要:以四川省彭州市三界镇清凉村为例,采用人均建设用地标准法和户均宅基地标准法测算研究区农村居民点土地整理潜力,并分析研究区土地利用现状及存在的问题。结果表明,研究区零乱分散、建筑容积率低,农民集中建房整理十分必要,整理潜力巨大。With the rapid development of the urbanization in china, the contradiction between the rural residential areas, cultivation and urban construction become more and more severe. The paper take the PengZhou Sichuan province Sanjie town Qingliang township for example, choosing per capita construction land use standard method and average homestead standards law to calculate the land reconsolidation potential of the rural residential areas, and analyzes the current land use and existing problems of the research area. The result shows that the area is messy and scattered, and the volume rate of building is low, therefore, it is essential to commence the residential land consolidation, and the land reconsolidation potential of the area is enormous.
