多发性脊柱转移瘤经椎体后凸成形术治疗后效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨分析临床上选择球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗多发性脊柱转移瘤的临床效果以及术后患者易产生的不良反应、并发症。方法：选择我院在2009年11月~2010年6月期间治疗的6例多发性脊柱转移瘤患者（10椎）,所有患者均已出现顽固性背痛的症状但并未产生神经症状,术前患者经MRI和CT检查。在X线透视下行球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术,采用经皮穿刺椎弓根的方式取活检,待球囊扩张复位后骨水泥充填腔形成,注入骨水泥。观察患者的不良反应、并发症以及临床疗效。结果：6例多发性脊柱转移瘤患者（10椎）的手术治疗都很顺利,术后患者的脊髓神经根均未受到损伤,未产生严重不良反应,未出现骨水泥栓塞现象,术后2天内大部分患者的疼痛症状均有所缓解。结论：临床上选择球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术对多发性脊柱转移瘤患者进行治疗的临床疗效明显,能够同时将多个病灶进行处理,且微创对患者伤害小,是一种高效、安全的治疗多发性脊柱转移瘤的方法。Objective： To investigate the clinical analysis of selected balloon kyphoplasty treatment of multiple spinal metastases in patients with the clinical results,and to discuss the adverse reactions and complications easily appeared.Methods： Selected 6 patients with multiple spinal metastases（10 vertebrae） treated in our hospital from November 2009 to June 2010.All the patients had symptoms of intractable back pain but did not produce neurological symptoms,patients former patients by MRI and CT.In the X-ray balloon kyphoplasty,the use of percutaneous biopsy pedicle way,to be reset after a balloon filled with bone cement,cavity formation,injection of bone cement.Observed in patients with adverse reactions,complications and clinical efficacy.Results： 6 patients with multiple spinal metastases（10 vertebrae） of the surgery went well,after the patient＇s spinal nerve roots were not damaged,no serious adverse reactions,no bone cement embolism,after 2 days most of the pain symptoms were alleviated.Conclusion： Clinically choose balloon kyphoplasty for spinal metastases in patients with multiple clinical efficacy of the treatment was able to simultaneously deal with multiple lesions,and invasive harm to patients is small,is an efficient,safe treatment of multiple spinal metastases method.
