全口义齿修复临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:对全口义齿修复临床效果进行分析,总结。方法:选取2002年1月~2011年3月我院收治的120例全口义齿患者,进行义齿修复,根据医生对患者不同反应做出评价。结果:通过评价结果证实,患者对本次的修复较为满意,其中5例患者属于高龄患者,自身口腔条件较差,面部恢复效果不理想,其余患者对面部恢复较为满意;本次患者配戴1~2天后均恢复了正常语言功能,有2例恢复时间较长为期1周内;患者在首次配戴过程中有118例出现了局部比较轻微的疼痛感,3~5天后疼痛感消失;在使用过程中有4例患者调整颌位2次后正常使用。结论:全口义齿修复整个过程都要认真仔细的对待,减少不良反应的发生。同时还要注重与患者的沟通,向患者讲解义齿相关的知识,消除不良心理,使患者更加容易接受全口义齿。Objective： To complete denture clinical effect of analysis,summary.Methods： From 2002 January^2011 March treated 120 cases of complete denture patients,for dentures,according to physicians for patients with different responses to make evaluation.Results： The evaluation results confirm,patients on the restoration was satisfactory,among the 5 patients of senile patient,their oral condition difference,facial restoration effect is not ideal,the remaining patients to restore satisfactory facial;The patients with 1~2 days were restored to normal function of language,of which 2 cases had long recovery time,the time for 1 weeks;the first wearing denture patients were 118 cases appeared in local mild pain,3~5 days pain disappeared;in 4 patients after jaw position 2 after adjustment for normal use.Conclusion： Denture repair the entire process should be carefully treated,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.At the same time,but also pay attention to the communication with patients,explain to the patient denture related knowledge,to eliminate the adverse psychological,making patients more receptive to complete denture.
