丙种球蛋白治疗格林-巴利综合征的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究丙种球蛋白(Immunoglobulin,IVIG)在治疗格林-巴利综合征(Guillain-Barre syndrome,GBS)的临床疗效。方法:回顾本院自2003年1月1日-2011年1月1日间住院的45例GBS患者的临床资料,将患者分成两组:其中对照组20例和治疗组25例,对照组按照常规治疗,治疗组是在对照组治疗的基础上应用大剂量IVIG静脉注射,并分别记录治疗前后临床症状及肌力的改善程度。结果:治疗组在治疗前后临床症状及肌力的改善程度等方面均优于对照组,差异有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IVIG治疗GBS效果明显,可缩短急性期及病程,提高肌力、改善临床症状。Objective：To observe the effectiveness of Immunoglobulin（IVIG） therapy with Guillain-Barre syndrome（GBS）.Methods：Forty-five patients with GBS which were from 2003 to 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,one group（twenty-five）treated with IVIG,the other treated（twenty）just with supportive therapeusis and their respectively in two groups.And before and after treatment were record clinical symptoms and improve muscle strength,Through the observation two groups in the acute phase of duration,muscle,symptoms improve time to observe the clinical effect of IVIG.Results：Contrast two groups in the acute phase of duration,muscle and start from disease symptoms improve time,the differences are significantly statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：VIG treatment effect,can shorten the GBS acute phase and the disease,improve muscle strength and improve the clinical symptoms.
