基于“三位一体”人才培养模式的高职计算机信息管理专业弹性教学研究

摘　　要：高职计算机信息管理专业(群)是一个专业技术性、团队协作性和实际动手能力要求较高并且教学必须与信息类企业紧密合作的专业。"三位一体"人才培养模式是融"工作项目研发、职业技能训练、应用技术创新"为一体的一种校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式,能很好的培养学生的专业技能、团队协作精神和实际操作能力。根据当今高职学生实际特点和高职教育培养学生学习的自主性、选择性和探索性的要求,我们确立了适合高职学生的"三位一体"人才培养模式。为了更好地推广"三位一体"人才培养模式,深化教学管理,逐步建立与"三位一体"人才培养模式相适应的弹性教学管理,课题组对计算机信息管理专业(群)弹性教学进行了研究。Vocational computer information management（group） is a major which requires more professional,collaborative and practical abilities,and must work closely with the information enterprises as well.The personnel training mode of ＂trinity＂ is a training mode Contains ＂project research and development work,vocational skills training,Application of technological innovations＂,which can well develop students＇professional skills,team spirit and practical ability.According to the actual characteristics of current vocational students and requirements of vocational education,we established a ＂trinity＂ personnel training model for vocational students.In order to promote the ＂trinity＂ of personnel training mode,deepen the educational management,set up an adaptive flexible teaching management system,the Subject group make a research on the flexible teaching research of computer information management（group）.
